Peace & Happiness…
I took this picture of a Hellebore in my garden. The Hellebore (or Lenten Rose) symbolises serenity, tranquility and peace.
Sending oodles of good wishes, not just at Easter, but throughout the year.
Full Moon Penumbral Eclipse – 25th March 2024
And so begins this eclipse season with the theme of relationships and all that they represent in your life. A focus on right relationship that includes a reflection on power dynamics, what they mean, where you have given your power away, where you have abused your own, and a study of where power in terms of juice is lacking in a relationship.
This is not only about personal relationships but also the relationships you have with your addictions, patterns, attitudes, self worth, purpose, etc. Perhaps it is time to end certain relationships that are not supporting your highest good. Perhaps it is time to reset certain relationships by empowering them with what they need to flourish. Be creative and bring some fun into the process.
Eclipses always support change, transformation and a good reset. What needs change in your life? Make a plan, get support, and make sure you are nurtured in the process.
Oodles of good wishes for all that is best for you.

The diminutive Sparrow…
The bird of the month for March is the Sparrow (The Mystical Year by Alison Davies)
This month we are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the sparrow – a symbol of hope, harmony, joy and friendship. Let its wings inspire you to soar above challenges and cherish the beauty of every moment. Spread your wings and embrace the journey with courage and optimism.
I photographed this sparrow in my garden, and styled it to symbolise the energy I felt… I’ve added a 2 minute audio file featuring the birdsong and calls of sparrows singing by a river – a short meditative ‘pause’ for you.

Oodles of good wishes to you
Snow Moon
I was inspired to create this image by combining my photography of the recent Snow Moon with some beautiful celestial artwork I discovered, to express the energy of the occasion.
This moon is an opportunity to encourage us to pay attention to the messages we get from our bodies, our intuition, our hearts and our inner knowing.
Oodles of good wishes to you.
Full Moon February 24th
The Moon is the one constant that’s with us every day (or night). It overseas the weeks turning into months, the changing seasons, the passing of the years as they roll by.
The full moon on 24th is also known as the Snow Moon. I read that this moon has many facets and influences that encourage us to pay attention to the messages we get from our bodies, our intuition, our hearts and our inner knowing.
I read that I may experience an ending to a relationship, a project, or a dream that is complete or no longer sustainable. To identify these, I need to prioritise time for myself to step back a little from the hubbub of daily life so that I can take a fresh look….okay maybe it will just be a glance, but it’s a start. I was boosted by the suggestion I may find myself setting some good boundaries especially against habits and patterns that are not supportive to my overall health and well-being. I admit (to myself) I know what these are, and it’s just stepping up to the challenge of changing lifetime habits. (Note to self – do it bit-by-bit). Finally, there is a strong awareness pointed to self- care and powerful support for making changes where needed. I shall certainly embrace any “powerful support” available!
Further, the article advises that I should think of this time as an opportunity to level up. For improvement to occur, what is not sustainable needs to be acknowledged and released. This improvement should contain a grounded and practical approach as well as encompass creativity and imagination for something new – what a super reason to use one of my new notebooks and jot down ideas! I may feel a push/pull energy (nothing new there) where a part of me will want to hunker down into stable systems that have worked for me in the past, and a part of me wants to break out into more freedom and expansion into the unknown…. And that’s fine, just not too far… yet… I am to find balance between the two and I’m encouraged to know that I’ve to focus on changing the little things first. Finally, I have to use discernment when necessary, especially around my personal physical and emotional needs.
So, that’s my Snow Moon project.. in between the distracting hubbub of daily life.. I shall start with a quiet cuppa and focus my thoughts on the Moon. I’m unlikely to see it because of the amount of rain forecast!!
Oodles of good wishes to you.

Power of the New Moon on 9th February
The Moon is the one constant that’s with us every day or night. It overseas the weeks turning into months, the changing seasons, the passing of the years as they roll by. The Moon was there before any of us, or our ancestors, or even before life on Earth.
For this New Moon, there are many articles about what you might feel, the energies that abound and what it means to you. But rather than be prescriptive, I invite you to take some quiet time to observe the Moon. I’m not suggesting a moonlit walk (a bit too scary for urban me). Take a few moments when you can to pause, focus on the Moon, and be open without expectation to the possibilities of what you might feel.
Good wishes to you.
Meditations…
I’m working on some new meditations with harp music. I look forward to sharing them with you by the end of the month. They’ll be available as a QR code on any greeting card you choose. (Just like the Robin Greeting Card features birdsong).
